Leave the most “crappy” chore of dog ownership to us! We will come to your home and clean all the not-so-nice “presents” your precious pooch leaves behind. Different packages are available from a one time clean up to twice a week visits. Your time is valuable so spend it doing the things you love and leave the smelly stuff to us!

Initial Consultation ~ No Charge

During your initial consultation we will view the clean-up area and discuss package options. Service agreements will be completed and payment arrangements will be made. If keys are necessary to enter the back yard, we will also collect two keys for all future visits. If any additional visits are required before the first day of service, there will be a $20 trip fee added to your invoice. This does include requests to pick up yard access keys. We securely maintain all customer house keys for any future visits.

Health & Wellness

For the safety of all pets, all boots and tools are sanitized to prevent the spread of any illnesses. We take great pride in ensuring your pets environment stays a healthy one fore them!

Inclement Weather

Every attempt will be made to clean your yard on its scheduled day. In the event of inclement weather, we will attempt to make arrangements on the following day. If we are unable to make it the following day, a credit will be given to your account for the missed day.

Locked Out/Vicious Animal

In the event we are unable to access the clean-up area on a scheduled day due to a locked or broken fence or a vicious dog being out, the clean-up will not take place and no refund will be given. Please ensure if we are not give a key for access purposes, the entry way is accessible Also, Please be sure to keep vicious dogs in their own area.

Holidays

Fido Feces Removal will NOT take place on the following days: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.

Payment Policy

Cash or Check: Total invoice due on or before start of services.

Credit Card: Full amount of invoice will be billed at the conclusion of the service period.

Returned check fee is $30 per occurrence.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel with at least 24 hours notice, no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours results in a fee equal to service for that day.
